Finding SSC MTS jobs? Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is inviting candidates to fill up vacancies for the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in various central government offices across the country.
Eligibility, age limit, pay scale for SSC MTS exam 2013
Name of the post: Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff
Age Limit: Between 18-25 years as on 01.01.2013
Pay Scale: The pay scale for SSC MTS recruitment 2013 is Rs. 5200-20200 with a grade pay of 1800 (PB-1)
Educational Qualification: To apply for SSC MTS recruitment exam, candidates must have to passed matriculation exam or equivalent from a recognize institution/board.
How to apply for SSC MTS Exam 2013
Application fees: Rs. 100. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD, Ex-servicemen would not be required to pay the application fees. Application fees may be paid in two way- CRFS stamps or challan/net banking through State Bank of India.
How to apply: Candidates have to apply online through www.ssconline.nic.in and www.ssconline2.gov.in. The application process has two steps- Part I and Part II registration. After filling up Part-I registration, candidates are required to remit the application fees. After submitting the application fees, applicants have to fill the part II registration.
Exam Pattern of SSC MTS 2013 Recruitment Exam
There will be only written exam, no interview/typing test are present. The written test consist of two paper- Paper I and Paper II.
Paper-I : : Paper I is about objective MCQ questions of total 150 marks. Total four subjects-

- General Intelligence & Reasoning - 25 marks for 25 questions.
- Numerical aptitude - 25 marks for 25 questions.
- English Language - 50 marks for 50 questions.
- General Awareness - 50 marks for 50 questions.
Total time duration 2 hours.
Paper-II : Descriptive questions on Short Essay/Letter in English and Vernacular language contain 50 marks.
Total time given 30 minutes.
There is negative marking. 0.25 marks for each question.The candidates will be selected based on the performance
